If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your order to us for a refund or an exchange.

14 days delay

Exchanges and returns will be accepted within a period of 14 days after taking possession of the equipment.

Product Condition

The product will have to be returned intact and in its original package. All items provided by the manufacturer, as well as any promotional items given at the time of sale, must be returned unused and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse any exchange or refund if these conditions are not met.

What you'll need to process a return or exchange

  • The original receipt or proof of purchase
  • Original method of payment.
  • Original packaging and all items originally included by the manufacturer, including all manuals, accessories and gifts included with purchase.
  • Your name, address, phone number, and signature. Photo ID may be requested to confirm this information.

Returns and Refunds

If you need a return or exchange, please send us an email at info@plutotrigger.com. We will send you the shipping address.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days. If a gift card was used and then discarded, please visit our store where the refund will be processed on a new gift card.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in the case of a delivery error from us or a manufacturing defect in the equipment. For all exchanges and returns, shipping charges must be prepaid by the customer.

Customers may claim a Return Refund with PayPal. If a customer makes their payment using PayPal, PayPal will refund their return shipping cost. Click the banner above, login to PayPal, and activate Return Refund now to enjoy this service on your next purchase. 

We can not be held responsible for loss or damage to the material upon return by the customer. The equipment must be properly packed in a box suitable for transport. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
