USB Camera Cable

The USB camera cable connects Pluto 2 Pro to the USB port of your camera. One end is USB-C and plugs into the USB host port of Pluto 2 Pro. The other end fits your camera: USB-C, Mini USB, Micro USB or Nikon 8-pin.

Over this wired link Pluto 2 Pro talks to the camera over PTP, the standard USB protocol for cameras. It needs no pairing and does not depend on Bluetooth. Pluto 2 Pro can then fire the camera from every program and change the camera's shutter speed, aperture, ISO and focus by itself. It also reads each photo from the camera.

Choose the end that fits the USB port of your camera. If you are not sure, type your camera model on the camera compatibility page. It shows the USB plug of your camera.

• Works with cameras that support USB (PTP) control, from Canon, Nikon, Sony, Fujifilm and Panasonic. Some cameras need a setting changed first. See the Pluto 2 Pro manual.
• For Pluto 2 Pro only. Pluto 2 has no USB host port.
• Sold separately. For firing a camera through its shutter-release socket instead, use a Camera Cable.
